Kobylice (German: Kobelwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cisek, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately north-west of Cisek, south-west of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and south-east of the regional capital Opole.
